We only offer returns on defective items.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from date of receipt of item. If more than 30 days have gone by since your receipt of item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


We do not offer cash refunds.

For subscription purchases, you will be automatically billed for your subscription per the terms set forth at time of purchase. If you cancel after your anniversary date (the date you first signed up) either we will continue to fulfill your order or you have the option of receiving an in-store credit. We keep our customers informed. You will receive email alerts that your subscription is about to renew. We do NOT issue cash refunds for late cancellations.  

In certain extenuating circumstances, if RLB ART STUDIO deems a cash refund applicable, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

For non-subscription purchases, we do not offer any sort of refund or return, unless defective, as described above.
